KID BOOK PROs is a 6 hour course delivered in three evenings, in two hour blocks.
6pm - 8pm AEDT, on Tuesday nights (1, 8 and 15) in December 2026.

A professional, live and personal presentation by Samantha Tidy, a successful hybrid author, with 8 books traditionally published with trade presses large and small (including HarperCollins, CSIRO, Windy Hollow, EK and more), AND 3 self-published books. She is also the publisher behind STORYTORCH PRESS, a very successful and award-winning small press, set up to launch early career writers and illustrators.
Sam will share everything and anything that will set you up for success in professionally producing and publishing your own children’s book.
Have the ability to ask any question you want in the Q and A. There are no stupid questions!

You will be sent enrolment and payment information in early October. No commitment or payment required until 10 November (ie. you can decide not to enrol and you won’t pay anything).

Minimum threshold for the course to run is 10 participants.
There will be a maximum of 30 participants plus presenter in the call. Those 30 places are reserved for those on the mailing list who expressed an EOI before 30 September.
